Monthly Club Social: Thursday, June 19, Emperyan Brewing Co.
Big Brew Taste-off: Saturday, June 28, Kim & Anita’s Place
Next Monthly Meeting: Thursday, July 10, White Elm Brewing Co.

Lots of opportunities to enjoy some beer – both craft and homebrew! First, join us on Thursday, June 19, for our monthly social and try some refreshing beverages from our friends at Emperyan Brewing Co., 729 Q St., Lincoln, NE 68508, 402.434.5960. No agenda, just beer!

Big Brew Taste-Off

The 2025 Big Brewers will face off in the Taste-off! Code Beer Co. Brewmeister Matt Gohring brewed up the delicious wort last May and several Lagers added their own twist. We’ll be judging to see who has the best damn Big Brew! Oh, yes! There will be prizes: Gift cards to Code Beer! Show up at 6 p.m. at Kim & Anita’s place (1008 S. 32nd Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68510) on Saturday, June 28. What? You didn’t brew any beer from the Big Brew? You can still show up and judge. Every member who attends will get a ballot and the opportunity to taste. Contact Kim Theesen and let him know you’re entering. Bring along at least two 12-ounce bottles or the equivalent. (Yes, you should bring more…) We’ll assign a number and then do a blind tasting. You get one entry for every five gallons of Big Brew wort. If you brewed and can’t make it to the event, you can still enter. Make contact with Kim and we’ll arrange to get your beer signed up. Let us know you’re coming and competing. Contact Kim on Facebook messenger, post in the event page, email <molarartist@hotmail.com> or call/text 541.218.4778. See ya Saturday!
