Sower’s Cup Update and October Meeting

It’s 2026 Sower’s Cup Week: Sept. 22-26!

Over 400 entries await judging, which starts on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at . The Best-of-Show takes place on Saturday right after the Sower’s Pup. We hope you plan to join us for a sample on Saturday afternoon at 5:30 p.m.

Octobeer Meeting at White Elm Brewing Company: Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026

Join us Thursday, Oct. 3, for the monthly meeting at White Elm Brewing Company, 720 Van Dorn St., Lincoln, NE 68502. Social hour at 6 p.m. and meeting at 7 p.m. Bring some brew to share! Yes! You can bring homebrew, and then you can share it! Next month, we’ll do it again: Thursday, Nov. 1, also at White Elm. Got it? Good!

The October club social will take place on Thursday, Oct. 15, at Jakes Cigars & Spirits, 101 N. 14th St., Sutie 1, Lincoln, NE  68508. We don’t know what we would do without Jake’s to watch over the Sower’s Cup entries. They are the best! Let’s all say, “Thanks!” to our long-time sponsor and drop-off location! See you there on Octobeer 15. No agenda, just beer… and maybe a cigar!?
