“Learn to Homebrew” Day Scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 2

Ever wondered how to make your own yummy beer? Let us show you! The Lincoln Lagers Homebrew Club is proud to present this year’s “once-in-a-yeartime” opportunity to learn the craft of homebrewing. The best part?? You don’t have to do it at home! Corn Coast Brewing (1433 Dahlberg Dr, Lincoln, NE, 68512) has graciously agreed to host this event, so you’ll have an enviable backdrop for those brew day photo ops. RSVPs are encouraged. Bring a smile and a notepad and we’ll do the rest! For the next official meeting, come find us at White Elm Brewing Co. (720 Van Dorn St., Lincoln, NE) on Thursday, November 7, at 6:00 p.m. for the social hour and club business at 7:00 p.m. Sample some tasty White Elm brews. Hey! Bring some homebrew with you. What would you guys want to discuss for technical topics? We know there are some newer brewers out there that might want to review some basics. Bottling? Kegging? Style feature? Let us know!
