It’s time for the monthly meeting at Cosmic Eye Brewing!

WHAT: Six o’clock for socializing, brief business at 7 o’clock. Beer education follows the business.

Lagers! Here’s the latest info on the beer brewed in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Lincoln Lagers!

WHAT: Baltic Porter – 10.1% ABV – 750 ml bottles – $15 + tax – until they’re gone!
WHEN: 7 p.m., Friday, June 2, 2023
WHERE: Boiler Brewing Company‘s Downtown Taproom, 129 N 10th St, Suite 8, Lincoln, NE 68508
WHO: Members and release-party attendees! For $15 plus tax, you’ll get a bottle of Baltic porter.

Be sure to join us on Friday, have a pint, hang out with the club and score one (or more) bottles of this tasty brew.

Here are some comments from Boiler Brewer and Lincoln Lager Member Tim Thomssen: It’s a 10.1% ABV Baltic Porter using 100% Weyermann malt and our favorite German lager yeast. This might be the most complex lager beer I’ve ever tasted. We get restrained roast, layers and layers of complex malt character, caramel, toffee and some crème brûlée style burnt sugar from demerara sugar. I’m looking forward to raising a glass with all my Lager friends. Cheers!”
