FeBREWary Meeting is on Thursday, 2/6/20, at The Happy Raven

Join us on Thursday, February 6, for the monthly meeting. Socialize at 6 p.m. and business begins at 7 p.m. Business items to review will include – but not limited to – the following:

• Kansas City Biermeisters Annual Comp (Feb. 10-15, 2020) Kansas City, Mo. Click here for more info and to take part!
• Review of the 2020 Bus Trip. Where do ya wanna go next year?
• Nebraska Shootout – Slated for June 30 – Maybe do a Brewers-in-Arms for the Lagers’ participation? Click here for comp details.
• Beer education to follow will include tasting the “mystery beer.” Is it an ale or lager? Can you guess the style? Let’s put your palate to the “mystery beer” test! Here is what inspired the idea for a “mystery” beer: Would you love or hate a Blind Beer Festival?
• Guest speaker will be Nate Rasmussen. He will conducting a demonstration of the Vessi Homebrewing System. Here’s their website for a preview.

The Lincoln Lagers monthly club social for February is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 20. We’re meeting at the tastings room of Moran’s Liquor Works – 3400 A St. Check out their website here. We’ll socialize from 6 to 8 ish.

The next monthly meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 5, at 6 p.m., at the The Happy Raven.
